Fees

Fees:

Please contact me directly to discuss my fee. I offer a sliding scale for those in need.

Insurance:

I am an out of network provider. I can provide you with a SuperBill for you to submit for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have coverage for individual psychotherapy with an out of network provider?

  • What is the coverage or reimbursement amount per session?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • Is pre-authorization required from my primary care physician? 

  • Are there any limitations on my coverage (i.e. number of sessions, specific diagnosis, etc.)?

Please also note when using insurance for psychotherapy, the treatment must be considered "medically necessary” and will require the documentation of a diagnosis.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE

Payment:

Cash, check, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Scheduled sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will result in a charge for the full session.
